Yoga during Pregnancy

    While searching the net I came to know about pregnancy yoga that is practiced week by week. Why not use this forum to discuss the benefits of such yoga - it will help many moms in this stage. Come up with your suggestions and tips guys or anything you wish to share on YOGA during pregnancy.

    I dont think Yoga is useful unless you do it under a trainer and properly. If done in the wrong way and for wrong duration, it has adverse effects. Anyone who practiced and benefited will know the best.

    My sister used to do Yoga, but she did not complete it later, as she felt comfortable. Not sure :(

    Yoga is wonderful. I have done it myself and still doing. You can do Yoga during pregnancy but be very careful. Do not do on your own. Take the guidance of an expert and never strain yourself. You will be fine...Go ahead but slowly.

    Yoga gives best results when it is performed every day. I practice yoga every day for just an hour. It is like a healing process for the mind and body. It relaxes me from within and helps to feel much better. You can go ahead, but take the help of an expert since its a pregnancy case.

    Yes..I agree too with everyone. Yoga is very useful during pregnancy. It can help to keep your baby safe and healthy.

    Hey Liz, remember that Yoga is always good whether you are pregnant or not. Yoga helps us to keep healthy and fit. However, in case of pregnancy you should practice yoga under the instructions of an expert to avoid any kind of complications.

    Yoga doesn't help I think. It is best to go for long walks. Yoga shall make you tired and can cause harm also unknowingly. It is better to keep out of it.

    I think Yoga is beneficial only when you practice it everyday. Otherwise, it wont show any beneficial signs.
